I knows the company's members who are the base of this company Savita Ranjeet and Ankur (CEO). But the only on thing is good that salary credited on timely that is very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worked 7 months in this company. The big confusion is in the company name itself. Got offer letter as company name "Matrix Marketers" when I joined, but got my experience letter as "Kanmag Solutions pvt. ltd."
Poor work flows and management. No requirement analysis/ tracking of projects. Most of all, notice period is too much. 6 month fresher has to serve 2 months of notice period. Experience people has to serve 3 months. No exact policies.
HR department update policies according to them whenever they want to. At the time of joining, the policies are different and when employee has to leave company then company impose different policies so that employees get stuck.
