★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the worst places to visit for a haircut in Indore. The staff is under trained and extremely stubborn, even while during a haircut when you tell them it does not look like what you asked for they refuse to acknowledge their mistake and continue to make it worse. The vibe is cheap and rude including the reception, staff and even the owner "Bhushan Tiwari" himself is a very obnoxious person. Even after my haircut was messed up he called me saying that I should visit him once so he would look for a way to fix things up but when I reached there these were his exact words "YE TO BIGAD GYA, YES YE STAFF KI GALTI THI AND AB HUM ISKA KUCH NHI KAR SKTE, TUM REFUND LELO". These words were spoken in an extremely demeaning way. I was like I am here because you said you could improve the hair and not seeking for some bullsht refund. Even after I refused the refund he sent a staff boy with the refund amount who very unpleasantly placed the money on my car's dashboard and buggered off.
This type of behavior is unacceptable anywhere let alone from a "so called popular MATRIX SALON".
I am writing this review because I felt insulted and does not want anyone else to feel the same, this type of behavior should be condemned and they should be taught how to improve on a professional as well as personal level.
JUST FREAKING AVOID THIS PLACE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU WANT A SATISFYING SERVICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ thnks ginni mam for her support and for her skills..the environment at matrix during ginni mam’s time was very cooperative..she really handle her staff very good but now the domain at matrix is really poor.Now i will not recommend matrix (sapna sangeeta).
