★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After taking tickets...we waited for reaching to Junagadh...Agent Didn't get any answer or response.Service and staff behaviour sooo worst & rude..very disappointed.Distance between rajkot to Junagadh is 100 km and this bus took 3 hours to reach I have some emergency but they didn't understand my situation....?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst service.. To reach rajkot to bagasra. It takes only 1-2 hours.. But this bus took 3+ hours to reach. And no proper service as they make bus crowded by making people stand all over the journey. Even the conductor doesn't behaves properly with the passengers..

If you have proper health and leg then choose to walk not to take a Matru krupa bus .
If you see matru krupa and "riksha" infront of you choose riksha.
If the matru krupa start bus from india to america it takes one light year to approach america.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is very rude and misbehaving with passenger and in Volvo bus Rajkot to Ahmedabad AC is not working and ticket cost is too much high rather than other travels and also onboarding and dropping time is very late like a 7 hours Rajkot to Ahmedabad
