They have a knack of deducing what style you're looking for, or would suit you, or, if you're feeling less adventurous, you can tell them/show them a picture of the style, they'll replicate it on your pate. Head massages are decent, nothing spectacular. Spas and facials are best left to the pros, as I'm not too sure that the staff are sufficiently trained to undertake such procedures.
