★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large size delicious vadas and pav with a very tasty and unique chutney. Samosas are fairly nice. This place is quite popular for its size of the vadas and the chutney. I have seen many going there simply because they like the chutney out there. Few even much on plain pav along with chutney. Place is on main road, a stand up eatery style but hygenic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best and oldest eatery in Santacruz East. Earlier this place was in prabhat colony and shifted here since 5-6 yrs back.
The Vada size is amazing but this place is mainly known for its 3 chutneys (green, white and red)?
I have seen samosas are sold more here than vada's but must taste both. The size of samosa is good too, the place is Hygenic and the taste is yummy. Just go for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm eating Vadapav since 1985 (they surve food from three generations way back in 1970 or even before) it's one of the best not only for the taste but also for cleanliness & hygienic food.I suggest that once visit this MATRU CHHAYA & experience it's delicious VADAPAV with White,Green,Red Chutney I bet you will never find these types of chutneys anywhere.so once visit this place & share ur experience here with 5 rating. THANK'S to Mr.UMESH & HIS MOTHER, FATHER & BHABHIJI for serving us from 3 generations
