★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let's start from the first touch-point, their interview process was seamless and are usually ready to negotiate on salary package. You can see an organization's true character in difficult times and COVID-19 phase is one of those periods. They have truly transitioned work from office to WFH arrangements in record time and that too without too much of hassle. There were no drastic policy changes during this period as seen in other similar organizations. Superiors and colleagues are friendly and are helpful in nature which is something that is driven through management, it trickles down from top to bottom hierarchy.

Even in this pandemic, MK was able to handle the situation confidently and there were no job or salary cuts in our process. Best part is ceo of the company meets employee directly and take suggestions to make sure any implementations required for the betterment of the employees.
Salary is the best comparing with any other company of this level. working environment is also good in it. This is the only one company which provides best job to lower qualifications ( 12th passed) with best salary in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Career growth is thing where company needs to work.
