★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't think so anybody is more qualified to review this as me, because I was the first tenant here and lived more than a year, and I will be writing a elaborated review of my experience here.
Only one thing lead to my 1 year stay is distance from my office to hostel & comparatively safe commute locality in Katraj area.
Pros to me were:-
1) Rent was reasonable. That time 2000/- pm. Now hiked about 20%. Still reasonable.
2) locality :- It was a safe locality.
3) distance to my office.
Cons to me were :-
1) I was promised a mad every 2 days in week, it almost never happened. Then owner was always be like - "you're girls why don't you clean-up for yourself".
Thank you for reminding me that I am girl and born to clean.
And it was not about cleaning it was about the promise (that house help will be provided 2 days a week to clean rooms & washroom) I was made while renting this place.
And cleaning amongst 5 girls is damn hard because everyone has their own way do things and see cleaniness.
And every week there was an unneeded mood spoiler cleaniness & dustbin discussion.
2) i was told a water heater will be provided :- which never worked in wintee as it was a outed solar one which doesn't work in winter.
3) Owner always has to be 'surpanaj' in even little disagreement/agrument between roommates. (I personally never was indulged in any fight but every time owner drags everyone into it)
4) Owner being partially biased amongst few and unconditionally supportive to few.
5) I understand he has responsibility of girls in his hostel, but that doesn't mean you will dictate everything we do.
6) Security Deposit :- Don't expect to get full security deposit. In my case our 1 year old bathroom scrubber was broken, (I wasn't even in town when that happened). He deducted 100 rs from each and every person's deposit. Like what the hell, 500 rs deduction for a 50 rs brush, moreover I think he wanted it to last infinite years.
Consider this place only if you can't find any other place and ready to be judged by a sexist person seems to belong from 'khap panchayat' from Haryana.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hi, no one is more qualified than me to give this review am living in this hostel from last 2 years. am aishwarya from aurangabad. studying in vit college. hostel is really very nice. more secure hostel. owner family living below the hostel. full saftey is here. once you stay in this hostel you would count as family member. fresh and happy atmosphere is here.low cost with best facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hi everyone, no doubt about this hostel. am studying in vit college. and am very happy to inform you that. mauli prasad girls hostel is the perfect hostel for girls. this provides all facility with low cost. first i visited lot of hostels but mauli prasad hostel is really good hostel than others. it gives me feeling like home.
owners family is living below the hostel. so hostel is safe as well as the surrounding area is silent and the peoples in the society are standard.
i must say to girls prefer this hostel....
