★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the rooms are good with proper ventilation and at affordable prices in sharing of 3 person for 1800Rs. winter and in summer extra 200rs. electricity charges per person. and in balcony room on second floor there is extra charge for that room i think. Services u will get RO water, shared kitchen , shared bathrooms, and maid will come on daily basis for hall & kitchen cleaning. Parking space is also there only for 2 wheelers but there are some restrictions like gate closing upto 10:30 p.m. no more party sounds no girls no alcohol no smoking and rent on 1st day of your every month
