मावली माता का यह स्वरूप छत्तीसगढ़ में अधिक लोकप्रिय है। इस मंदिर की प्राचीन द्वार चौखट अलंकृत है।
इस मंदिर के दर्शन एवं माता पूजन के लिए राज्य, देश ही नहीं अपितु विदेशों से भी लोग आते हैं। प्रत्येक नवरात्र में यहां भक्तों द्वारा हजारों जोत जलाए जाते हैं।
वहीं कई ज्योति कलश तो यहां आजीवन जलते रहता है। माता पर बढ़ती आस्था केकारण प्रतिवर्ष ज्योति कलशों की संख्या बढ़ती जा रही है।
इस मंदिर में राज्य, देश ही नहीं विदेश के लोग भी आजीवन ज्योति कलश जला रहे हैं। पहले यहां कोई ट्रस्ट नहीं थी परंतु अभी मंदिर के रखरखाव व देखभाल को देखते हुए ट्रस्ट का निर्माण किया गया। मंदिर की सजावट निरंतर की जाती है। भव्यमाता के मंदिर में सबसे ध्यान देने योग्य बात यह है कि मंदिर के हर कोने पर कारीगिरी एवं सजावट की गई है परंतु मंदिर के गर्भगृह से किसी भी प्रकार की छेड़खानी नहीं की गई।
गोड़राजाओं के वंशज ही सर्वप्रथम देवी पूजा करते हैं। बताया जाता है कि गोंड़जाति से संबंधित वीरू नाम का बैगा मावली माता की पूजा अर्चना करता था। वीरू के बाद गुलाल, रगान, फिर गोपाल पीढ़ी दर पीढ़ी पूजन का कार्य करते आ रहे हैं।

For the visit of the mother, the devotees, who were once empty from the court of the mother, returned to their homes in the form of Shakti in the form of mother Mauli Devi.
This form of Mavali Mata is more popular in Chhattisgarh. The ancient door frame of this temple is elaborately decorated.
People come from not only the country, but also from abroad to visit this temple and worship the mother. Thousands of holdings are lit by devotees here in every Navratri.
At the same time, many Jyoti Kalas keep on burning here for life. Every year the number of Jyoti Kalas is increasing due to increasing faith on the mother.
In this temple, people of the state, not only the country, but also people of foreign countries are lighting a lifelong urn. Previously there was no trust here, but now the trust was formed keeping in view the maintenance and care of the temple. The temple decoration is done continuously. The most noticeable thing in the temple of Bhavishmata is that the artisans and decorations have been done at every corner of the temple but there was no tampering of the sanctum sanctorum of the temple.
The descendants of Godaraja are the first to be worshiped by the Goddess. It is said that the Baiga named Veeru, who belonged to Gondjati, used to worship Mavali Mata. After Veeru, Gulal, Ragan, and then Gopal have been doing the work of worshiping from generation to generation.
