★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was on the lookout for a cycle like most of us during COVID, after the 1st lockdown I started exploring and visited quite a few shops around my place to see what's available and best suited for me since I am a amateur. I had nothing much terrible to ok experiences across diff shops. Most of the times the owners or the sales advisors were not kind enough to discuss my queries and kept on pushing for a particular model. At times I had rude responses, to advisors not knowing about the features of the cycle. I gave up the search since my doubts were unanswered and I couldn't finalize on one model. Fast forward to Dec 2022, I came across Mavick E vehicle store which to me at first looks didn't look like they had a lot to offer but then you don't judge a book by it's cover right. One of the owner Mayur was very courteous, polite and listened to each and every query of mine for around 60-70 mins and answered almost every query of mine. We finally decided to purchase a cycle from the store (Schnell Holts 008). Kudos to the management and staff, keep up the good work!
