He didn't give the photos to me immediately, tried to sell me more expensive photos because it was for a visa, said he'll deliver an hour later but has disappeared off the face of the Earth since inhaling my money. I have a strong suspicion that he himself wrote the highly rated reviews, because no one who has visited this scamster can think he's some sort of a helpful angel. He made me miss my visa appointment, thanks but no thanks for such abysmal services.
