Located at DRB palace , motijheel Muzaffarpur.
Location is very prompt for other shopping options.
Customer service is very good at max store & all staffs are polite , prompt & helpful.
Inside the store almost all products are good in quality ,price is also good except some items.
Redeem coupon or voucher are not working at that store & related service is very bad. Hold cash or card for shopping don't too much depends over redemption of coupon or voucher.
Exchange options is not satisfactory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person in the baggage counter named 'Ramesh' misbehaved with my husband and behaved arogantly and the manager of this area named 'Shashi' just staring without reacting or taking any action. Is this the way you people treat with your customers. Such behavior is expected from cheapters and seriously max fashion at muzaffarpur has hired very cheap and useless people at their counter. Worst experience their. Never ever gonna visit this counter at muzaffarpur. If there is a negative rating then I would give negative rating to the power infinity..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great shopping experience....good quality of clothes ...with affordable prices...nice trial rooms...and great deals and offers...overall, a great value for money if you are looking to buy some good branded clothes...all the staffs are nice and the checkout process was smooth...also it's close to railway station so you can hang out here for the time being while your train is late(just saying).
