The incompetence of doctors, staff, nurses, facilitators, lab is beyond belief. And this is considered a good hospital in Delhi. I wonder what the others are like: A) the cancer doctors asked us whether we want an unnecessary surgery or not. They have no time to review the zillion reports they ask you to run. It’s simply a money scam. They don’t wear gloves while examining a patient and move to next patient without washing their hands. They give 30 seconds to you for a visit, without explaining further treatment for a cancer patient after performing a surgery. They start talking to a second patient while they haven’t finished talking to the first one. SHAME ON YOU! you don’t deserve a doctors degree. I am so tempted to name the names of the doctors but we are still in middle of our treatment. B) the nurses are young girls with almost zero training. Not once did I see them wearing gloves while administering IVs. They use tap water for oxygen delivery instead of sterile water, that too after the covid taught us a huge lesson. They are running around likeheadless chickens with no clue on what to do in case of an emergency. My moms health was declining after surgery and they were totally clueless and their lack of training made my mom spend an extra night in ICU C) in post surgery hospital stays, there are no doctors to take care of emergency situation for inpatients. We waited for over two hours in hands of incompetent nurses and there was no doctor to attend. D) they don’t follow any standard procedures: no monitoring of vitals post surgery for a cancer patient. How is that possible? They should be constantly monitoring heart rate, BP, sugar levels for diabetic patients, oxygen level. This is one of the most critical step. When they realized that oxygen level had dropped, the ill trained nurses and staff tried to use tap water to deliver oxygen. E) when my mom returned from post operation, her IV fluid was empty and no one noticed. We had to monitor every step so that they don’t kill the patient. We don’t know how long she had no fluids. There was no standard handover of patient from post operation nurse to in patient nurse. The nurses didn’t even know which side of her body she had surgery on and wanted to take blood pressure on site of surgery. The nurses didn’t know my mom was a diabetic. The level of incompetence only compels me to sue this hospital. Once our treatment is over, I will weigh my options. F) we kept chasing the hospital for histology report for several days after it was expected to be received. We were told it wasn’t available. Eventually we went to the hospital and realized that the hospital had the reports for four days. The report lacked any standard details or receptor details. By global standards this was an incomplete report and did not contain the most basic information based on which further treatment is prescribed. Not only that, it’s been 6 days since the report, and the doctor is in no hurry to call us and discuss the findings for further treatment. When I asked the doctor on further treatment during one of the visits, he was visibly annoyed. He has no sympathy to his patients and does the bare minimum. Perhaps they are very busy and overwhelmed but this is no way to run an healthcare institution. The patient care should be a top priority and I did not observe during our entire experience except the ICU nurses who seemed to know what they were doing. G) after getting discharged, my mom had severe infection (e. Coli). I am absolutely sure it was from the unsanitary conditions in the hospital. The bathrooms in private rooms are disgusting. The nurses never use gloves while administering IV unless you ask them to. When administering any procedures, I did not see anyone sanitize the surfaces where they place the needles, cannulas, bandages. India as whole needs an overhaul to understand what hygiene means This hospital is a nightmare. DONT EVER GO THERE! I really hope I can talk to the CEO of this place and give him a piece of my mind.

Very poor quality of treatment. Inexperienced doctor Dr. Rahul Nathani. Very costly but very inattentive to detail and not well informed. Many patients pay huge sums of money but die due to carelessness of this Dr. Please don't go to Max hospital.

I am having an appointment today for 10:00 am. It's 11:00 now. All the staff know that she will be not there. They have pre -learnt answers ready. The funny thing is that they give different replies for same queries. At tell us the truth. We know docs can be busy but we will appreciate honesty and clarity and truth.

The system sucks like anything for booking the appointment and they cancelled it as per their wishes. Doctors are just pathetic and money minded, dnt show any compassion for patients. I was getting treated for skin with roopan bansal, she did not care to look at reports and just was busy in other department. They cant even provide two rupess xerox to patients and make them run whole building atleast 3-4 times. Just for money , they have opened it and even regristration process is pathetic. I will personally not suggest this hospital to any one.
