Stinking body odours from staff
As they are working without AC
Not sure, was it a covid precaution or cost saving
However staff are very courteous
Very helpful.

But don’t understand why there was only 1 cash counter open with 5 employees, Instead could have opened up other cash counter and avoid long customer queues.
