★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my mother’s dengue test done on Sunday and today got the report after calling every day since Monday. I had got 5 tests done and was told I would be send a link by sms/email to download the report but I never got it, i had to call for each test results and the pathetic people had to be told my email address again and again. Never in my life I have had such a horrible experience at any lab where I have to chase for my report and all the money was paid in advance. Highly not recommended.
