★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic customer service. I wanted to surrender my policy after 5 years. After giving several requests online, no-one called back. Then I called on their customer service, first they made me wait for 15-20 minutes over call and then when the phone connected and I explained the query, they purposefully disconnect the call. This happened several times with me. When I mailed them regarding the same, they called and asked to wait few days for their seniors to answer. This is just a life insurance policy surrender. What will happen when you claim a health insurance. Don't buy Max Insurance Policy !
