★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Severe lack of coordination amongst teams. When I called at 12pm, they gave me an appointment for 12:30. I urged it was not possible to reach by then. They said I can reach until 1pm.
On reaching, the doctor was gone.
I even called at 12:33 about not being able to pay online, they said I can pay at hospital.
NOT ONCE THEY CHECKED MY ETA OR DOCTOR’S AVAILABILITY.
The Doctor’s attendant tells me I was late. Just because call person had to complete their KRA, it wasted my time and money.

They charged a nominal price of ₹386 as declared on cowin app. Management and nursing staff was helpful and polite. Specially Meenakshi Sahni mam helped alot in registration and billing. Just one thing i would like to recommend to max hospital is to increase the number of billing counters. Overall experience of my covid vaccination at max hospital is good and satisfactory.
