I joined here on 2nd August. I had issues with overweight. This is a fantastic gym!! Within 30-40 days, I lost 5kg moreover there's a big change in my energy levels too. I really like how they give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout . Highly recommended!

Hi, Dronachary's THE GYM is fantastic!! I used to be very active and healthy but over time I feel a bit lazy. So I decided to join the gym after searching and trying so many gyms I feel I made a great decision. I get super vibes when I met Anoop Sir and Komal Ma'am. They are class apart. The best trainer I have met. The best part is they keep you motivated and help you to push your limits. Also gives you the best advice on diet and exercise. All the trainers are super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at. I like how they give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. I’ve been going for a little bit and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body. It’s great!

3 years ago I decided to join the gym when doctors told me I had to take insulin injections in order to keep my diabetes under control. Today after 3 years of training at the age of 52 I am in the best shape of my life and despite of a stent in my heart, I am highly motivated. The guidance of Anoop sir and Komal mam helped me a lot during my journey. Highly recommended!

Anoop sir knows how to push a guy to his limits. He can tell the maximum weight one needs to train with. You'll be surprised how much your body can do. In my initial days, couldn't do a single pull up. Did 3 sets of 8-10 today. Keep working consistently, it's more about discipline than motivation.

Its almost 1 month now , i really found this gym very nice ...nd I had loss weight here less then in a month , i like the training and atmosphere ...nd specially I like the no rush here of a people's !! I really enjoying by doing gym here ?

Its been my almost one year with Dhronacharya THE GYM. Owners who are senior in there fields(pls do visit to chk the no of medals ? both national and international ) make exercise and diet chart for each member individually , which is also revised regularly, you don’t feel the need of any personal trainer every one is personally attended by Anup sir, Komal mam and rest of the coaches. Would recommend the Dronacharya’s gym to all. Motivating environment and very hard working staff.

Anoop sir knows how to guide individual according to his limits and goals & helps them to Achieve that. He can tell the maximum weight you can lift with proper posture and technique & you’ll be surprised with the results in coming days. Highly recommend to join this gym if you want to see results ??
