★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have good collection. But they won't provide free carry bag worth of (7 Rs/ bag) if you purchase more then 11k also. So I give ONE star because they need to look customer satisfaction. Unfortunately Sorry I am not .....(Note: I ask them to provide free carry bag But they won't....)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the most pathetic store of max I have been to, I made payment and then the associate tells me they did not receive it so make the payment again, and when I made the payment again they did not refund me my money back, and I was told I will get my refund back but even after 2 weeks they have not yet refunded me my money... And the store associates were not at all helpful and there is no customer service or satisfaction, never going to shop from max store again... Absolute waste of money and time...

I can't say you could get items for cheap rate.. But I really surprised that most of the items are so cost effective.. With the same budget I bought double the quantity of items..
I think this is very much suitable place for women top collection..
