★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors are good and attend every call at any time. Service is satisfactory. All are nice.
But my concern is only for hygiene. in my opinion there is shortage of staff or carelessness at washroom area. At my last visit, i found there was no water in tap and seats were also not clean . Tissues were placed openely in the dustbin.
Kindly pay the attention towards this area also.
And arrange a staff there.

Update: for an appointment at 1pm, I was only seen by 5:30pm. The triage and billing Staff was extremely slow and inefficient.
***Patients were herded together like cattle in a room. The soles of my feet hurt from all the time standing.***
(Beware: there are no locker rooms, so you must carry clothes in hand once you put on the mandatory gown — yes! Even got the doctor's office)
The only saving grace was the café, which served acceptable food at reasonable prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic services Amit of max hospital. They treat patients as if they are doing mercy. They can make wait for the patient as they say it’s not a hotel it’s a hospital and we cannot look more than 20 patient in a day. There is no alternate arrangement if any of their staff is on leave. It’s complete wastage of money and time. Don’t go to this hospital. I request not to post false review about hospital, its a matter of life. This hospital has given the new definition - what a hospital means.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please note that for Immigration medical checkup, please visit Max Med center which is approximately 1.5km from the hospital. Once you reach hospital reception, post which they will request Togo Max Medcenter which is terrible if you are alone. Requesting hospital to please mention somewhere to go directly to Med Center rather than making Out of station people roaming here and there and don’t have idea regarding city.
Second request is to kindly manage the billing process more carefully. Just for billing me and my friend had to wait for around 2 hours. Kindly make it more manageable. This is feedback until initial billing other details will fill next?

I visited the Cardiac department they take money for registration and after that no doctor is there if i am asking from the attendant they are just saying doctor will come but no body come i wait there for 3 hrs after that I left the hospital
The worst hospital and service I don’t know how this hospital got this much rating according to me i will give him in negative mark on ratings.
Worst and worst hospital and management and their services
If you have not much doctor in your hospital then why are taking patient and doing their registration firstly make your service and management better then take patient everyone time is priceless don’t waste.
And my request to hospital management to check Cardiac department properly about the management and doctors availabilities there.

I went there for my mom’s treatment. but one major problem with hospital there are no extra bill counter for senior citizens. I advise to max hospital authorities please set a one extra bill counter only for senior citizens. thanks

They know the value of people's life and their money investing on the treatment. During the corona time period they take care of safety for their patient. The doctors are so dear to very one and treat every person very politely. A very clean and clear place and the restrooms are so good. I went there for my vaccination. It was excellent experience.
