On my most recent purchase of Sennelier paints, first I made a mistake of not checking the default address which was an old address. They redirected the package without fuss. Then the delivery never happened but the tracking showed delivery was done. Again they coordinated with courier and finally I got the paints (wonderfully packed might I add). Thoroughly impressed with their excellent customer service and support!

There packing is awesome as compare to packaging cost and it also less than you except...if you want to buy somthing online go for it that is worth to buy... Fast delivery excellent quality !
