The lady who sits at the reception does a fair job and is polite. However, the other staff and even the doctors seemed incompetent. We requested for a home visit on one day and the guy who came could not find a vein and put the injection in skin instead. Her arm was swollen and hence I took my mom back to the clinic. We consulted the doctor Mr. Manish Sharma and he mocked at us. He dismissed our point and told my mother to bear with the pain for a couple of days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Irresponsible, unskilled and care less staff, taking advance payment but not providing services on time, not mentain hygienic and care.
My patient have 2time dipper and dressing for sergical operation.
Many times call to front desk so they convince to send a staff with in hour but last moment 8pm suggest to staff will visit for next day. My patient conditions down but they not recive my call after last call 8Pm
After that I visit there clinic and make humble request then a staff came on personal respons and she request to not inform to her boss.
Now owner making a wrong story for hide own mistakes.
Next day same my patient conditions wrost due to missing treatment.
Making high rating reviews to paid users.

1. Staff is Good Except RANJAN, who is arrogant and talk rudely. I never recommend him for blood sample collection.
2. Free sampling
3. Well Behaved staff and Owner is always available to handle any issues calmly.
EVEN After 4hr of sampling(Collected by Ranjan) it's still paining in my wifes Hand. He used a THICK niddle just for fasting test.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a regular patient visiting max care from last 2 years but had a very bad experience while visited yesterday to meet dr Manish. I seen new faces on reception and they really don't know how to deal with customer. They were so confused, irritating and rigid in behaviour that I left the clinic without consultation.
Don't know who owns the clinic but would request to check on your staff and train them to have least courtesy with customer. Regards, Amit
