Most of management is internal which is a good indication of not only financial growth but personal growth. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely an unique organization, has freedom of work, quality of work much much better than any top leading consultancy in India. Very transparent management makes you feel like in a family. very clean and straightforward salary structure.
Management should really now work on advertisement and marketing side as prospective employees may get deceived by the simplicity of the outer look of the company.
I have been working for this organization for more than 2 years and I highly recommend !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. They do not do appraisals on time.
2. There local director is just there for namesake. He has zero decision making capacity and people management capacity. He is very biased. He only favors those employees who are working for long duration with the organization as well as who don't cross question him. If you have any problem and if you approached the local director (as he is the senior most authority there), be assured that your problems will be doubled and your life will be made hell by him.
3. There is couple recruiter who will make fake promises to you before joining like USA opportunity, Perks. After joining, once you approached them , they will give you unbelievable reasons and try to avoid you. This couple hardly has knowledge about people management, recruitment. Both of them are very dominant especially the male recruiter. Both of them behaves in the organization as if they are the OWNERS of this organization. They will ask your personal information and when time comes, they will use it against you. This couple don't know how to treat people. Many problems in the organization are just because of their immature behavior.
4. This couple recruiter also takes care of resource allocation to projects. My friend from my team was more sound technically as well as communication wise. but I was put on project and he was not allotted any project during his entire period in this organization. finally he left that organization. Our Head of departments opinion was never taken into consideration before allotting projects. During my 1.5 years duration with this organization, I was billable only for few months. When they were unable to allot me new project, they told me i have performance issues. after a month , this couple recruiter again approached me and asked me for two years commitment as they have few new projects coming up. I wanted to be billable, so I immediately gave them two years commitment. but even after that they were unable to allot me any project. I really don't understand , if I had performance issue , why they asked me for two years commitment? isn't it funny? total mismanagement. Finally I decided to move on and start looking out for new opportunity.
5. I had 4-5 meetings with this couple recruiter and local director regarding my project, appraisal etc. every time they used say management will get back to you and in every meeting only these three people use to present who have zero decision making and people management capacity. If they are the management of this organization, the future of this organization is very dark.
6. I joined this company after looking at all positive glass door reviews. but all our seniors told us that they are forced to write all the good reviews by the management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am working since 4 years with Maxima. In my entire 10 years of experience with multiple companies Maxima is the best place which I have ever worked.
Many positive points like work culture, technology, work life balance, positive work environment and most importantly people.
Its very rare in IT filed that you can have direct communication with senior management but here this is not the case. Management/HR is very supportive.
Strongly recommended.
