★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a Lenovo laptop on June 15, 2021, and was guided by Bhanwar Dewaji. Right from the time of purchase, I have never got the opportunity of using the laptop peacefully as I have been running around Lenovo Service Centre and Maxtech shop for some of the other hardware or software issues.
Since I have been facing problems every other day and as I could exchange in the coming seven days, I couldn't as the laptop has been twice to the service centre and received my laptop itself after a week.
Since I have visited the shop with the problem, I have been greeted impolitely, disrespectfully and keeping the covid condition in mind no safety measures were practised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased 90k laptop and received refurbished laptop. Sealed pack laptop open in front of me . And went home there was already a photo in the laptop. How it is possible when u buy new laptop and u see a photo which was taken before I purchased the laptop. Date was clearly mention in the photo . Not recommended to buy from this store.
