★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for just over two months. High rent, great location - very close to 32nd Avenue and Star Mall, but PATHETIC guards and management. The security staff is so misbehaved, they even treat vehicles entering the complex poorly. Multiple food delivery service personnel have also complained to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment is good with more than sufficient amenities, full power backup. Maintenance is slightly on the higher side while the services are slightly slow. There's a mix of bachelor and families living here and everybody seems very accommodating. Seepage is a problem in some flats. Good for renting, but would give it a thought before buying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a nice locality. The best thing I liked in these flats are the big size of balcony which is hardly available in mist if the flats in this price range. Except the access road to this society, all other facilities are good. Nicely maintained green space, parks, parking space and proximity to all prominent location makes it a beautiful choice.

Small, peaceful, beautiful society with lots of flower pots, small park.
Cons:
- No recreational facility like kids playground, Gymnasium or club house though high monthly maintenance charges.
- Poor construction quality of flats in the society. Every flat in society has seepage issue in every corner of the flat. Other items installed in the flats are also not of good quality and need to replace them frequently.
- Bathrooms are not designed and gives bad smell (gutter like smell) even when properly cleaned.
- Some of the flats are disputed (because of bank loans and sold to multiple people). This gives tenants everyday nightmare when bank or multiple owner approaches to tenant who live in the flat. So even after paying a hefty rent and maintenance charges, there is no peace for mind.
- If one vacate the flat because of these reasons then owner eats advanced security deposit without giving any reason.
- Approach road is not good. In rainy season lots of water stored nearby society which causes commute issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent place to live. Located slightly interior to sector 15 part 2. Most of daily needs requirements is fulfilled by various shops located nearby to society. Swimming pool is functional only in summer season. Maintenence fees is very high as compared to services provided.
