★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dump this company if possible, worst products ever, degrading the name and reputation of rubber tyres. A sponge tyre seems much better in front of their product. Avoid this company at all times. better to walk rather than be in a vehicle with their tyres.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having used maxxis tyre for about one and half years for my Yamaha RayZR 125, the rear tyre got one side wearings. So I posted an email to maxxis customer care with the photograph of my tyre. Within 24 hrs I got a call from Maxxis customer care and they guided me very well to get the replacement just within 4 days. A rocking experience.
But the ratio for pro rata as per their service engineer said, 50% of payment for my tyre that was wear around 3mm is more irrelevant as the tyre is just getting rubbing on one side. The only one improvement is required from the maxxis is their transparency for the measuring pro rata and clear explanation on front.
Anyhave, their resolution is fast and reached me in time and I think only maxxis is providing replacement in prorata basis for one side wear after 1 year. So guys you may select maxxis for your vehicles surely. Highly recommeded

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maxxis is a kachara brand in India, they don't care about Indian employees. Tyre quality is wrost , I brought tyre within 3 months tyre failed and warrenty which is of 5 year's is making fool to us.
