★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CHINDI VYAAPARI SERVICE. very poor service. they only want their stuff to be removed from their lot and expect good amount of cash. i am their repeat customer however this time I sent my person to their shop. they sent the same old faulty piece that they gave me the last time. never deal with them on the basis of trust. they claim as Vyaapari Aadmi but not to their words.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "CHEATERS" it the word which comes to my mind when I hear the name MAYUR ELECTRONICS of Lamington Road. I had been to the shop to buy a WIFI ROUTER. I being a layman was not aware of different types routers available in the market. I use an MTNL service at home and I had some issues with the router hence I visited the the Lamington road to buy a new router for my self. The store Owner said the prices are fixed and cannot be bargained. He sold me a TP link router for Rs 950/-. He never informed me the router for MTNL is different and different for other service provider. I got the router home and asked the MTNL person to install the same. The MTNL person informed me that the router is not compatible for MTNL. I had to go all the way back to Lamington road to replace and take a router compatible with MTNL. The person at the Mayur Electronics said he does not have one that supports MTNL. I asked for a refund on which he said there will be a deduction of Rs 150 if I ask for a refund and was very rude to talk. They wasted almost an hour of mine at the store on Saturday the 14th Dec 2019. I reached the store around 1 pm and waited at the store for almost an hour first to just because they wanted to check with someone if the ADSL router was available. The owner was very busy getting his horoscope checked with a pandit who had visited the store. And the employees were very much interested to listen the horoscope of their boss instead of attending the customers.
Pathetic store. Better I would have availed the product online. If it is not compatible atleast they refund the amount.
I have taken an oath today that I will never ever buy any product from this store even if it would be the only store supplying any product that I might be in need of.
