Staff are not educated about the products..
Owner does not care what the staff is doing in the shop....
Staff could have suggested a better model of the same product same company....but as the staff does not have knowledge...and due to carelessness of the owner....i suffered a loss of 9.7k ruppees...
Who ever is reading....plz do not anything from here...better go in croma, Vijay sales, and other places.....

β β β β β I had purchased daikin AC last year 28th sept 2020, but instalation was done after 4 days. Hence date comes to 2 oct 2020.now being not completed a year. Still they say year is completed. And our AC is not working at all. Now its very difficult to tackle with customer care and everyone. We are also job class people and money is v imp factor for us.

β β β β β Owner does not care about the customer at all. Once u buy the product there is no response in a good way from their end.
They say that we have helped but actually they don't. They just do a call in service centre and book appointment but they don't discuss or resolve your problem.
Mayur electronics does not take responsibility at all.
Worst experience of purchase and after sale service.
Unnecessary loss of the customer.
