★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the items displayed in the showroom were reported to be out of stock. Ultimately we selected one item which was confirmed by the owners also that it was readily available. Progress at our site suffered for about a week and the Store people continued giving excuses. My advice would be that one should pay them only upon delivery of the material at the site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cons: This shop is not for middle class people as the rates are almost double than that of ghat road market. You will get 10-20% discount but still it will b expensive if u compare with other shops. U should purchase only stuff from this shop which is not available anywhere in nagpur.
- Designer basin collection is not impressive
- when the infrastructure of shop is great...u end up paying for shop maintenance along with ur purchased item
Pros: This is d shop where u will get high classy varieties of tiles ( but at very high cost ). So if u need to do something unique n money is not d issue then this is d place for u.
