In the vicinity of this place we have whole sale - grocery market, Beverages market, Mutton, chicken and fish market, paper market, sabzi mandi, every day here or there a haat bazar (som, mangal, budh bazars).Think of a product and you get it here at most economical price in Delhi. Abundantly connected by public road transport with rest of Delhi. While living here, one can enjoy the benefits of multi cities like NOIDA, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad beside closely located to Anand Vihar rail and bus terminus. Around 8-12 reputed govt and private schools, a dedicated well equiped modern fire station, two reputed Delhi university colleges Maharaja Agrasen and Raj Giru women college and a large Chilla Sports complex.
In MVP3 we have a huge millennium park with a walking track of around 2.8 kms. 24 hours Ganga water, no load shedding well planned roads, alround greenery and pollution free area.
