★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were extremely rude on call and instead of saying sorry about the same they kept explaining on how they don’t know who I am which is obvious because I was supposed to be a new client. I hope the lady gets some sense and learns how to deal with potential clients and apologize when they are wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called them for appointment yesterday . After 20 calls they gave me appointment & when I went there no one attended me. They said the person who was suppose to do my nails has not arrived yet. After waiting for 45 min i left & the person who gave me appointment noted my address as he would send the person at my place for home service. Till today no one has arrived to do my nails & he is not even responding to my calls anymore. Height of unprofessionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guys please dont visit this place as they are frauds seriously they quote you different price over call and when u visit they charge you much higher. Poor quality products are used, staff is super unprofessional. The place is also very unhygienic. They call them selves wholesalers but the truth is they are fraudsters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ on daily basis they launch the offers for nails and if you go there for so they deny to do n give excuses like it was valid for 2 hours only or it was valid for morning only. they treat rich clients very well and others time value they dont know. some people visit this place bohot mushkil se time nikal ke and if u will go there so they will deny for the offered service which they post in insta and on whatsapp. They have another type of attitude in treating the clients. They should learn first how to treat a client. They should know the value of client's time but they dont. 5th time Worst experience i have ever seen in client service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people don't know how do to basic eyebrows. I just got the service done and they have ruined my eyebrows. There was one girl who used to do it perfectly but I think she left. The one who replaced her should not be allowed to touch anyone's eyebrows and the worst part is when I told her you did it wrong she simply said your eyebrows were like that I just took the extras out. Money wasted.
