★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A neat and tidy government office place it is. MCD (Municipal Corporation of Delhi) is the organization. This place is located in West Delhi. People will generally go there for proper tax submission and other activities related to property like getting mutation of your property for selling. The office space is big and have proper parking space inside as well as outside. You can find few shops outside as well providing consulting services at an additional cost. Good luck with your time there.:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Govt. Office stuck in colonial era. Most staff is unhelpful, rude, unprofessional and lazy. It takes them hours to find files and records. So many times they will tell you we don't have any record. They want to just collect maximum possible tax. They won't listen to your clarifications. Arguing or any form of reasoning with them is like smashing your head against wall. If you ever get a sense that corruption and inefficiency of Govt. has improved, just visit here once.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The new site this year is a way too slow and even after filling all the details, keeps on asking fill owners's details. I have been filiing online property taxes for more than 10 years now but its used to take 3-4 minutes to complete the formalities. New software has certain glitches which need to be rectified sooner .wasted 4 hours since morning without success!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The new site for payment of tax is the WORST EVER site. These officials on their own whims and fancies have created a new site, for reasons best known to them. After duly filing everything, the site doesn't accept the details. It provides no convinience at all. Rubbish site by irresponsible authorities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although nobody would like to visit MCD office (as in most cases you would need to visit to pay taxes), this place is clean and employees are comparatively cooperative. However they still do most of the work manually in this digital area. Also, the payment is not accepted via any digital medium such as UPI or Mobile Wallet. Need lots of upgradation.
