★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mc D has turned from turn from rich to rags. They even charhe for sauce sachets now with the burger. When asked by their floor manager he answered in an disinterested manner as to this is what it is.. If you want to have it its good, if you dont want to have its ur wish and that doesnot bothers me.
AC unit of the sitting was also not working.. To that also I recieved a very bad reply.. That y do u need sit at back, come here.. Sit in front and have ur meal.
The behaviour of the floor managers was very rude and there was not even a sign of apology on their face.
These days there are many more options,
If such behavior continues. Mc D will soon be no more on people's to have list.

McDonald outlet is in food court as well as on ground floor to serve the people in the parking area too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service and the staff is extremely nice and friendly! The manager Rishabh Sharma was extremely nice and customer friendly as well as the rest of the staff! No doubt it's the best MC Donald's Franchise in the entire Noida!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are running a SCAM. I wanted to grab a quick bite, so I decided to go to their drive through window. As soon as I entered the mall premises, they handed me a card, and I went ahead and placed my order. The point of a drive through is to get fast food early but they took more than 20 minuets to finally hand my order. I know this because, apparently, the mall charges you parking if you are inside the premises for more than 15 minutes. That too a whopping Rs.60, even if it becomes 16 minutes. So to sum up my experience,
1) Had to wait about 20 minutes in the queue for my food
2) HAD TO PAY 60 BUCKS JUST TO USE THE FACILITY OF A DRIVE THROUGH, WHICH IS UNACCEPTABLE.
As a customer, I feel cheated. I just went to get a dessert, and I had to pay almost that same amount (60 rs) as parking money when, I was not ay fault and the restaurant only made me wait to get my order.
The mall along with the restaurant are scamming the customers. Because 60 BUCKS for just using the drive through facility? Is this a joke??
NEVER GOING TO GIP MALL AGAIN. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i am regular customer of McDonald since last 8 year, almost visit 50+ outlets in UK, UP & Delhi NCR. Using it's service twice in month. It's really good fast food. Tast much similar, but don't know why But from last 3 Years, we continuously notice that The Quility of products are going down side.
