Waiting for refund of successful transactions since 12Dec 2021. Its already pass 80 days. Did a regular follow-up with store manager. Raised the concern with Mac customer care. Tried calling there customer care number, but didn't get success. There is no process at all to raise the concern to higher authority. Only option left is to file a case in consumer court.

β β β β β Located at prime location and staff is also polite. Sometime you may not get crunchy fries and burgers as expected. If you order take-out, you may see order is ready to collect but they still be preparing it. And you have to wait for 5-15 min sometimes.

β β β β β Waited for more than 30 minutes , people walked up to drive through for ordering food . I would not go there in my car to burn fuel and order drive thru and endup spending for food and petrol.cery slow service . They should instead stop drive thru and provide parking.

β β β β β Clean and hygenic, no worries over there. Bit on a costly side. Dine-in is available. Kyosk is also available, what this basically mean it is la carta, you can place your order by basically interacting with a screen. It's just like you place order from your mobile phone. Takeaway and delivery is also available. Easily visible from main road. Workers are very helping and polite. Not crowdy but sometimes it can be at night.

β β β β β Located in Phase 1 this McD has been around for over 10 years now. Has both dine in as well as drive through facility. It's pretty crowded on most days of the week, however in the current Covid situation there is not much rush since most of the offices in Hinjewadi are closed and ppl are working from home. Overall a satisfying experience.
