★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff there is very rude. They didn't alow us to park in mcd parking as we first had 15 min of work some where and then we were planning to visit this mcd.
What sort of behaviour was this? This is how they treat their customers?
I am never gonna visit mcd, ever!
Please hire better people if you want to keep your customers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really hated the McD experience when I was told to order from kiaosk on the ground floor. They gave me a token that we will have to take along on the table, I told that it really looks weird to take it along but they did not listen and they told me that everyone has to take this. When I went upstairs it was shocking to see that nobody had these kind of tokens on their table. I really felt embarassed, thanks for this bad experience.

For contactless billing, there are digital screens and card payments / net banking on the ground floor. You can also order from the McDonald’s app and the order reaches your table.
Cleanliness is maintained, and ambience is welcoming. The first floor can have upto 20-25 people at one time. For small parties or group meet, it can be a good place. Located on the Sohna Road next to JMD Megapolis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Worst" Mc. Donald outlet in Gurgaon they serve stale food and ice cream as liquid ice water. Last night I ordered fries and chocolate brownie with ice cream. The fries were all stale and smelly also in the name of ice cream as you can see it's literally all watery and not edible specially if you know how it tastes. Total waste of money. Don't order from here ever again. Worst outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place, one of the best interiors and ambience of all the Mc Donald's that I have been to from what I recall.
Ordering processing is easy either use the on screen kiosk to order or scan and order.
Would definitely visit again!
I always have Filet o Fish and French fries along with Mc Flurry or a soft serve. No concerns withr regards to taste or freshness of the items served.
