★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have order a mc veggie meal where they given low quality burger which doesn't consist of mayonese nor a letuse, when I complain to staff and manager(staffs and manager in night shift), they were so rude to us. They took a burger from us and manager order his staff to threw it in Dustbin (where burger was new burger). And there were many customers sitting and having food the staffs was closing lights... what the hell!!!! I am old customer of koparkhairne macd since last 10 yrs and so rude behavior received. Seriously disappointed ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is well maintained, the staff is very friendly restaurant is kept clean and necessary covid 19 safety measures are followed hand sanitization and temperature check and alternate seating . Parking is available. Is very close to koparkhairane station and has a cinema hall in the same property good place to hangout with friends and colleagues overall a great experience 5 stars for service quality.

The McDonald's outlet is quite spacious and the ambiance is also good as compared to others. It is people friendly and is a good place to hangout for kids.
The service provided here is nice and the food quality is better too.

By innovating new Gourmet burgers... They have forgotten how to serve basic old burgers which made their business in so many years....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mc Donald's restaurant next to bala ji is huge have decent sitting place. About food,
Mc spicy chicken Burger was awesome and hot. Ice Coffee was not even full glass. I had asked to add less ice. To my surprise found out they served me half of the glass cold coffee ( see picture Attached) which means there ice coffee is 3/4 th of the glass is ice and rest only 1/4 is actually coffee. Great way of making indian fool. Cafe latte was good.
Staff is checking fever and covid guidelines are being followed. Staff is helpful suggesting offers. Overall experience was ok. Not great.
