β β β β β As I've often said... McDonald's is known for their consistency and quality of service, which by the way is consistent, too. Although I was a little disappointed with the burnt McPuffs this time and I ordered 4 of them. Sadly, all of which were burnt. Maybe just a bad batch!!! I wouldn't take this as an opportunity to mark them all the way down.
The rest of the stuff was pretty good. Although it does seem like Covid is in no one's interest apart from masks and the seating wasn't quite laid out to ensure some distance between the tables. That's something that I suppose would have made it a little better. The rest, I mean it's McDonald's, right? We've all had it. Some like the bland and some prefer the spicy ? option. To Each their own!!

β β β β β McDonald's have many branches... delhi NCR ,all over India And McDonaldβs have a variety of food items... the McAloo tikki burger is veg heaven-in-a-bun.pizza Mac puff is too good ? with fanch fries ? chilli sauce ? i loving it ?drinks and more. The food is tasty, service is very good and its totally value for money. It was an enjoyable afternoon as we all had tasty stuff. McDonald's has always been favorite of many among us. Just went to mcdonald's mgf mall gurgaon outlet good location with awesome McD burgers (especially Mcpuff's).. I loving it ?

β β β β β Its nice to see a new initiative for online ordering, its quick, easy and hassle free. Now standing in lines.. contact less order for sure. We enjoyed the meal as it was a quick bite for us. Great job!

β β β β β I visited McDonalds at MGF Metropolitan Mall in Gurgaon on September 2, 2020, and was pleased to see Social Distancing guidelines in place as a precautionary measure. The eatery stuck out notes on every alternate table so that customers are seated at an optimum distance from each other. Even while placing the order, social distancing rule was followed and people were standing in circular markers drawn at over a one-arm-distance from each other. The staff was wearing face masks and gloves. One interesting new feature was that you can now scan a QR code placed on every table (and there was also a standee near the entrance)and pay for your order digitally instead of indulging in cash transaction, which I think is a good step in the time of COVID. I ordered my favorite McSpicy Chicken Burger with an Iced Tea (they have gotten rid of the straws). One lovely thing to see was the comeback of SHake Shake Fries and one disappointing factor is that you have to now pay for every satchet of ketchup ( Rs 1 per satchet approx). Ketchup is no longer free with a burger.

Good service but too much furniture - need to take out 2 or 3 tables. You have to struggle to get to your table.

Overall they serve many options including sweets, snacks fast food and main course...
Place is located at a crowded and busy place as it's just adjacent to highway
Must visit if you are in Mathura and are looking for some good quality food options.
