★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always love the McDonald's for quite bite. The place is very much silent which give you a little bit of privacy and a bit of peace for your quick bite. Other than that the staff service was Also excellent. On my last visit one person of staff guided me to order from the application while sitting on the table and he also help me to deal with the good offer which save my money. He Also served us the food at the table even though it was self service. Thank You For the good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only MacD outlet as of now in Kharadi with nice sitting area. It also got kiosks for ordering. This comes handy when you want to customize at your own pace or go through menu before ordering.
The evenings are pretty crowded here and so becomes the crowded parking space outside.
Your favorite burgers ? might take more time here to get served, compared to other MacD outlets in malls. Because of this being restaurant setup and lesser walkin crowd compared to mall. So they prepare fresh as the order arrives, unless there is a peak time.
Mac Cafe is part of this restaurant thus having variety of coffees and shakes comes handy ?☕?

Situated at the ground floor of Ganga Platino, next to WTC-2 in Kharadi, this place serves world favourite burgers of umpteen choices with combo offers and a fusion of international taste.
Had a date with the most loved deliciously filling meal of India - "McAloo Tikki Burger" which is prepared by using the crunchy potato and peas patty topped with veg sauce, ketchup, tomatoes and onions. This will cheer you up in no time when served with world famous lightly salted crispy golden fries along with Coke.
Cozy space, comfortable sitting area, well maintained, neat and clean place, ample parking space outside, friendly and polite staff behaviour, fast service and kiosks for ordering make this place first choice for burgerholics.
So, if you're in Kharadi and when it's burger o'clock, follow your heart and do visit this amazing MacD outlet.
P.S. So many burgers, so little time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to raise complaint against Pune Kharadi Mac D staff. I visited store today for first time, though am regular customer of Mac d & whole my life had enjoyed Mac veggie burger.
Store manager or personel, Satish had handled my request in a very inappropriate way & actually disrespected our complaint.
We had ordered 1 Mac veggie n 1 non veg burger with few extras. We noticed bread used for burgers was not as usual bread n also, stuffing was bit less n also sauce. We raised our concern to staff n they started arguing n made us feel that we are eating burger for first time!
When we mentioned that we would like to raise complaint ,Then store manager Satish came & requested us to take another burgers as complimentary & we agreed. Later, he came & asked us to raise complaint online, without fixing any order. When we tried to raise feedback , it gets failed, which is shocking.
Please entertain our request n complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best McDonald's restaurants I have ever visited. This review is specially for the staff at this store. The first thing as soon as I enter the outlet was a warm welcome wishing Happy Diwali. The staff was very courteous. My order was delayed due to the rush however, the staff person apologized while handing over the order (This is something I was not expecting at all). Cheers guys Keep up the good work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location. Service is good, A bit relaxed. Can't say for sure if it's with a smile persay but it's definitely a safe mask covered environment. All my requests were adhered to and everything went well all the way up until I opened my bag and noticed the peri peri I paid for had been excluded from my package. All in all not a bad experience.
