★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Service and the people at the counter are not fit to serve the customer, they just take orders and make us to stand in a long queue and wait for our orders and when asked...
The taste is not too great, but compare to KFC, the cutlets in the burgers
are much better, crispy n crunchy fries. Size of their burgers are
getting smaller.

The white guy with the specs has taken our order
He had given the table number also
We have waited for exact half an hour after that another staff came to us and asked about table number and all
They were treating us like thief it was really very disappointing
After that they have remind that we have ordered and that staff his name me Shrinivas he's also wearing specs he apologized us he was actually good
But overall experience is worst
Taste was good and person who served us later name Shrinivas is good

Only problem is vehicle parking at front of the store even at pavement.
Store must tell or inform the customer's not to park vehicle there even it is parking pavement or else the traffic police will carry/bond the vehicle.
Store must take care of the customers & aware about the parking things to the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally I avoid Qsr's but I thought of giving this McDonald's a try. My lord my decision was not wrong as earlier it used to be dark and shabby and now So Cheerful and Fu of "Aura". Employees here are super energetic and there was Addition of Mccafe as well. All covid protocols were followed religiously and I'd like to mention Mr Ritesh and Miss Padma for their dedicated service and time towards me.
Cheers to New Bel Road McDonald's and it's new team!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the place after a few years and it has now been renovated very smartly, with some compact furniture. Helpful staff, self ordering kiosks make this place easy and convince to your schedules.
This place is visible from moving traffic, however due to the narrow new BEL Road, parking is a major concern. If you are on a two wheeler it's manageable, however 4 wheelers parking is unavailable. Clean amenities like drinking water and restrooms are available separately. No recommended for older people since they have steep staircases to climb the shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Mc Donalds branch is the most aesthetic one ever??? I loved the new renovation done to the place. It's very lively and the staff is very much friendly and helpful. ?
As always the burger and fries which we get at MC Donald never fails to surprise as per taste is concerned ☺☺
