But main problem is that they don't co-operate with you.
Take my example I am class 12 student in that college and for my further B.Tech studies, college email id is required and I asked my class teacher for email id and she told me to talk to principal maam. I waited there for 1.5 hrs and then I asked staff where is principal maam he told me that "principal maam aayi nahi hai" then I asked "when will she come" he answered "meko nahi pata" then I asked "iss lockdown mai maam aayi hai?" He told me "No".
