★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought an iPhone 11 64 GB from the Alam Bazaar branch and they told me I’ll get ₹6000 cashback and No Cost EMI upto 12 month. So I bought the phone with 12 months no cost emi and 6k cashback and after few days the amount got reflected in my credit card with an interest rate of 15%, total interest comes to an amount of ₹6000. I raise a complain to bank but they couldn’t help me as the deal was provided by the merchant. So I went to the merchant and now they are telling me offer might have flickered or fluctuate by the time I bought the phone. So was that my fault, am I the one to be aware about the fluctuation or them. Now I have to bear the interest and not really sure about the 6k cashback as well.
So verbal word wants enough to trust this store, get a written confirmation if you are availing an offer from this store.
