Very inefficient and would suggest to stay away from insurance companies that uses then to process the claims.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience.. Their servers get down often and they delay 2-3 days for approval even in emergency case. Worst behaviour of customer service who are rude with their own customers who may them huge premium. Only get their insurance if you want to get scammed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst TPA service I have ever faced. Their servers used to get down and the patient has to suffer to claim cashless insurance and they normally deny cashless and press for claiming through reimbursement. Better to avoid policy of companies having TPA as MDINDIA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst insurance possible. Best at collecting high premiums worst at clearing claims. They have hidden policies and capping for everything including new treatment. They expect you to give your patient outdated and treatment not working especially for cancer patients even if it kills your patient. TOTALLY USELESS

They deducted my claim amount by10% due to i can not intimate them while i was in hospital in unconscious condition.
Newer recommend to take medicalim policy associate to this
