β β β β β Horrible service... we have a co-operate policy taken through Citi bank ... received the worst service ever ... their reps cant follow what is being said over a call completely hard of understanding... they decline parts in the bill without referring to the policy and then give us a round about to get the amount back... post hospitalisation claim is taking longer than last yr's one to get processed... this was a very good TPA at one point in time however now its TOTALLY PATHETIC !!!!
Have informed Citi bank about them ...

β β β β β MD India Healthcare Services TPA is not the right health insurance partner. They deliberately trouble patients so that they get fed up and end up paying on their own. My case of dengue fever had got pre-approved from them for 85k. However, when the final invoice was generated, it was 30k higher. For approving this incremental amount, they are taking an endless amount of time. They have made me stay in the hospital for at least 5 hours (and counting) after my discharge summary was prepared. It's not that the dengue changed to malaria or some other disease. All reports have been submitted to them, but they are unnecessarily taking long.
Their customer care executives just keep on making false promises that it will be done in 15 min.. 30 min.. and what not. They are a lousy bunch of people having no shame whatsoever, and none of their employees or consultants are committed to their job. I request anyone reading this post to avoid doing business with this insurance services company - MD India Healthcare Services.
My rating for them is ZERO STARS.

β β β β β The worst experience. Employees dont know how to talk to a female person and their CFO Mr Rajan has no edicates. Very unprofessional. Wouldn't refer anyone such an institution.

β β β β β Pathetic and worst service. Inspite of receiving the mail only after 3rd call after heavy insistence to chk the mail properly they acknowledged they have recd the mail. The pre authorisation for cashless took 20 hours whereas it happens in 2 hours elsewhere. The same problem during settlement. Now we are waiting to be discharged from 5pm (now its 8pm) but these people dont come on line. If you call on the toll free number it says all our customer service agents are busy right now, they will call back and the call never came. Its been 3 hours and again they say mail not recd whereas our login shows the claim is under process. Stressful dealing...you will surely become a hypertension patient while dealing with them. My prayers with all those who have to go through this sh**

β β β β β I am working in mnc chennai DLF , to start about my experience with md india from 30.10.2019,most of our employess also disappointed with md india service quality,answerability and no real time updates regarding claims.in a holistic view they never answered to any calls ,no response from executives and they disconnect the calls in between -it happened to me i will attach photos now.Then when i submitted claim for non cash less email reply from md india states the processing time is 7 days but after 15 days also no update and customer care is always busy as if i am free.So on this monday 25.11.2019 i will drop an email to CEO of our company not to encourage this type of small companies to serve us and i will fight till they remove md india and replace with some other better insurance agent . So,being a local guide of google my conclusion is all the viewers please dont avail any services from md india and it is worst..this is my experience and our colleagues experience from our company...worst worst service..

β β β β β Worst service ever seen. I have been trying to get my reimbursement amount since 2 minths almost but they have been delaying the procedure for no reason. First of all they started working on my claim late and them in case of additional document requirement they just gave 7 days to submit which included Saturday and Sunday however i submitted my documents they are taking too long tym for repayment Wish and could give negative markings I wonβt be ashamed to give ot so.

β β β β β After lot of clarifications and evidences, still the claim was rejected. The rejection was confirmed so simply that we were not able to react.
We are pinching our earnings every month and paying this insurance company but unfortunately not helping in returns when needed. Especially during this situation.

β β β β β There should be zero star rating option also. This is the worst TPA in the country. There was a time when the service used to be good. Now a days its all laid back attitude and no updates provided to the customer. The time line given for settlement is 7-10 working days and even after that they dont do the settlement. They will find excuses not to settle your claim and provide no updates what so ever.
