★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place if you want some fresh meat produce...like mackerels/ chicken.
A lot of frozen options also.
The marinated chicken kebabs are good.
Minced mutton kebabs are also good.
But you have to ask them which is fresh before you buy them.
They also stock some good imports- ramen / chilli sauce etc
but lazy staff...you literally have to ask them to bill for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sometimes the quality of meat is poor. On two occasions the stores Marinated Chicken started smelling after being baked. Stopped ordering from here thereafter. Now I buy only Zorabian from Haiko.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most terrible experience of delivery with meats and more from the time they have moved from powai to chandivali branch.. this is the 3rd time in a row when I ordered from the website and they did not deliver on time. Why is there a feature of time slot on the website when it cannot be fulfilled. I have guests coming over and I have no option other than ordering food from outside. This was my last attempt of ordering from meats and more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had placed an order for one kilo crab meat a couple of days back over the phone at their
bandra branch. I had asked for order to be kept ready for me for 7 pm on Sunday the 10 th of September 2017 and the order was confirmed from their end. I had even given my name and contact number to the person who took the order. But today (Sunday the 10th September) when I called little before 7 to inform them to keep my order ready as I was sending someone across to collect it. I was told that the crab meat was unavailable and that the person went to the market but could not find it. Now I have a small get together at my place tonight for which I had placed this order. If the crab meat was unavailable, the staff should have had the professionalism to tell me this before hand considering they had taken my number and not when I called to collect the order. It's appalling that inspite of having more than one shop in mumbai and an online presence , meatsandmore is unable to perform the most basic of tasks when it comes to customer service. Anyhow this incident has left a very bad taste in my mouth and I doubt I shall be ordering from this place ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality is just pathetic ... bought 1 Kg mutton, turned out to be stale and smelly, probably due to poor refrigeration. Called up the shop, they promised to send someone to replace it in 1 hr. Its 2 days - nobody bothered to turn up. Threw the entire things.
The shop keeper is obviously only bothered to earn money by overcharging customers (mutton at Rs. 420 / Kg is more expensive than other shops) with no accountability on quality of product

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could rate lower. Pathetic service and a couldn't-care-less attitude. Ordered mutton from this place twice. First time round, when I called and complained that the mutton was not of good quality they said that it was from the day before but to give them another chance so I ordered again after a few weeks and I was shocked that the mutton was worse than the first time. This time they said that there was nothing wrong with the mutton supplied. I hope people read these reviews before ordering from this place to avoid disappointment. Best to get your mutton from elsewhere and not waste your money here. Never again will I order or buy anything from these cheats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought fish via Dunzo. Very old and poor quality fish. To make it look fresh, they filled the pack with blood water. Asked for only steak cut, but gave us curry cut with 2 heads and a tail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointing service. Ordered 3kg boneless chicken breast cubes but received all other parts of the chicken other than the breast. Upon complaining about this I was made a false promise that the order would be replaced first thing in the morning. I requested urgent replacement because we needed to prepare the meat for visiting guests. The next day they tell me that it will only be possible by late afternoon, by which time my guests would have already arrived. Unprofessional and deceptive. Would not recommend.
