★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered "MEDGEARS Advance 4 Channel Tens Auto Mode Physiotherapy Portable Nerve Stimulator Electrotherapy Physiotherapy Machine" from Amazon , the first one I received was faulty so I placed a request for replacement. Replacement was sent promptly next day. However I had trouble getting the new machine work as it was always on "reset" mode, I called customer care and spoke to Kajal . She was very helpful and asked me to send machine pic on whatsapp. She then immediately arranged a video call with technician who guided me step by step and explained the functions. All through this Kajal stayed with us on call and only ended the call when I was able to make the machine function. Great example of customer service, it goes a long way in telling about how seriously a company treats its customers . Good Job - keep it up !!

I called the customer care (Ms Kajal)and immediately she arranged the video call with the technician and the technician told me how to operate. The staff was very helpful and forthcoming. I realised that the machine was different then I wanted. I initiated the replacement and the vendor replaced the machine. I’m very happy with the services the vendor and his team provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I get back aches on occasion and see a chiropractor who uses a tens unit as part of my treatments. It is a perfect kit to have to available in between treatments. I like the ability to use one or two channels to have more stimulation. I have used it a few times since receiving it and am happy with the results it provides. I like the compact size and different programs for different areas. Also to be able to adjust the intensity to match the stimulation that feels best to you. All in all I am very satisfied with this and would recommend it to others.
