★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best home nursing service provider in Bhubaneswar.They are comitted and dedicated in their duties Staff they provided with high nursing skills and they maintained patient details well. They performed duties like changing diapers, checking the vitals of the patient and maintaining the records, attending the basic physiotheraphy needs of the patient, feeding , personal hygeine, medications as per doctors directions. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Medical Didi is the one of the best home nursing services provider in Bhubaneswar. They sent 2 nurses for 2 shift for taking care of my grandma, Both are dedicated with good nursing skill. They perform duties like checking BP, sugar, checking vitals ,changing diapers , Giving bath, medication as per Doctor direction , Monitoring the records .
Totally Both are done good care for my grandma.
Thanks Medical Didi for providing such a great services. We will recommend for needly people...

We called MEDICAL DIDI Home Nursing Services, from this home health care, people sent one lady to take care of my mother and she is very compassion and they came on time. Their service was satisfactory, definitely we can recommend this company whoever need nursing services, they can contact these people. Thanks MEDICAL DIDI.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such unprofessional nurses. First the nurse cannot give medicines properly, upon calling the agency they said if they would have been educated enough why would they have gone to your place to change diapers . We treated the nurse well and kept her nicely like a family member but she started creating problems at my place: locked the room for hours and didn't open , then 24*7 on phone and lastly started messaging male members of my family(*I had shared numbers for emergency purpose) . No dressing sense , no manners and highly unprofessional behaviour. The Owner said that she would refund my amount but after the nurse left she didn't pick my phone . Please be careful while taking their nurse service . I could see Ms. Sasmita Mohanty writing reviews for her own organization. Plz stop fooling people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DON'T GET FOOLED BY THE 5 STAR REVIEW !!! THEY ARE ALL BASICALLY THEIR OWN PEOPLE GIVING THOSE REVIEWS BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE LET ME TELL YOU MY STORY. This organisation is very inexperienced and doesn't even want to improve themselves,we hired a maid for my elderly bedridden mother my ma's health was degrading instead of improving then we found out that she wasn't cleaning her potty properly she was literally bathed in susu until she got fever of course we always used to tell her to clean when we see ma in such terrible condition but how can I we be there 24x7 if we stay 24x7 telling her what to do why is she there ,I am a working member of my family so is most of them only children remain in home when we go out for work. We cannot tell to clean whenever ma gets dirty she should check but no she is only focusing in her mobile and sleeps we always saw her as a family member no outsider but if we scold her for not caring well she gets angry starts crying and fight with us verbally everyday is a mahabharat in our house nevermind that the work she does is so dirty so dirty that we feel like vomiting we we enter the bathroom she uses, we stopped going ther. Then suddenly she woke up wrote a letter and left what the hell is this is this how you treat people most of the girls from this organisation are like that shame on them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have hired a nursing service on 03.05.2021. I had to pay. Ten thousand rupees in advance. The attendants are changed frequently. My patient aged above 75 years was not treated properly. The behavior of the attendants are highly displeased.with in 15 days 6 staff were changed and finally they told the workers are not willing. The cause is not mentioned.Now they are telling that the service will be withdrawal without notice. Consumers be ware of this unprofessional organization.on 19.05.2021 they are telling that service will not be continued. Once again I request all to be careful this organization.
