β β β β β Very bad experience of panvel shop today evening.. found one fello sleeping,other girl seems to b least interested in attended patient's relatives.the boy who attended me was not able to speak marathi.above all he was arrogant in telling that he didn't understand marathi,i requested him to send some one who understands marathi.
I think this shop is in Panvel.it's exactly opposite julha gramin ΰ€°ΰ₯ΰ€ΰ₯ΰ€£ΰ€Ύΰ€²ΰ€―,people utilising this hospital is usually from rural area.chemist should teach such patients about medicine,at times they have to do the counsiling.they must communicate with patients in marathi...
We are staying in Maharashtra,one must learn to speak marathi.consider this as complent...i am going to take up this with maharastra navnirman sena.

β β β β β Very bad service in kamothe fooling customers..its mentioned as 10% discount is mentioned in all outlets of medicity but in kamothe one sales person says discount is there and the other says no discount also they never give bill or invoice for any medicines purchased. Strict action has to be taken against this outlet as they are fooling customers and everyone also not giving bill.

β β β β β There is one staff, who is very rude. This is not a first time I'm facing this with the same person and I'm not the only one. He is the only one who don't give discounts on medicines, and if asked for the same, he give random excuses saying less than then particular amount we don't give discounts or else he say that if your name is registered on our system, then only we can give you discount, Which is totally fake excuses. I would never go and even recommend such medical chemist to my closed ones, where the customers are been cheated and such rude behavior staffs are working., who don't know how to speak.

β β β β β Very bad service by few staff, thay will not listen and replace any medicine which may be you have bought and then after few days if you have not consumed and thought to replace as per your doctor new prescription ,why anybody will return or replace bcoz the medicine were not consumed and were very costly, they will not listen and return with or without showing proper bill also ...... Pathetic service ??
