★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rubbish place.Very Money minded people.After seeing Super30 film I agree 200% .please stop donating such people.Suddenly they say the price is gone by couple of thousand rupees.Fom 9000rs to 13000rs and Now 15000rs plus medicines and in name of pocket money its completely abnormal.So the actual cost comes to 20,000rs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Very Unethical Organisation, and now recently it is in a pathetic state of Affairs, feel sorry for the Residents of this Institute, recommend not to go here for any Mental Health Issue, which claims to be an NGO but has no procedures followed as required for a charitable organization, the present head of departments have a very Rude behaviour and no Empathy for the Needy. its not at all a half way home as they claim. The Counsellors are not at all qualified for the role they place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last 8 years my sister was placed here since my father's death they asked for 57 thousand deposit with 9000rs plus 3000 medicines plus 1000 pocket money for 2 years which I happily excepted as also part of donation for a good cause. After 2 years they increased from 9000rs to 13000rs plus medicine 2000 and pocket money which would come to 16000rs plus 1 lakh rupees deposit I happily agreed as they are taking care of my sister there were 2 very sweet and down to earth secretaries Mrs.Gladys Sumithran and Mrs. Leticia Pires
But after 6 years I get a letter from a very rude,very arrogant secretary Debjani Gosh who says you pay 1 lakh more deposit and 20,000rs per month I still agreed and from 2017 to 2018 i pay 20,000rs per month but 1 lakh rupees deposit slips my mind,Who asks deposit, if you feel no one in future will pay for that patient and not for one who has
Never defaulted even once so in 8 years it equals 15 lakhs of rupees she says she will throw my sister out if deposit doesn't come and to ease matter I pay 1 lakh deposit more. and questioned why deposit again and again Debjani Gosh says she can throw anyone she wants and refuses me to speak to the actual owner pls stop donating this greedy institution and that too a institution which says its NON-PROFIT- ORGANISATION as people run such institutions on pure donations here you pay per month and they behave like this as if they are doing favour to you and plus ask world not to donate Shame Shame Shame
And Mrs Lata Jacob pls suspend such Arrogant lady before it's too late

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By chance I came across these reviews about this organisation and it is shocking because I have been associated with this organisation as a beneficiary, where my family member is admitted there for many years. We could never get a better place than this in entire Bangalore. Especially when the patient is a female, it is so safe. They have always had an excellent management, including the current, who has been dedicated to the service of the patients admitted. They have professionally qualified and trained staff who are extremely empathetic and caring towards the patients. They never take any harsh steps towards the patients, and deal with them with compassion.
It is sad to see people writing such things about a reputed organisation. It looks to me that it is intentional and directed towards maligning the organisation.
After reading this review our family got worried and did some fact finding. First, our patient is taken care of as best as she always has been. There has been some increase in fees but then everything is becoming expensive, and we know as family their rates are still one of the lowest in Bangalore. The counsellors are all trained and master’s degree holders. Our patient told that the place in the recent past has become better than before. She is very happy there.
Please do not write such reviews with vile intention, which may be politically motivated I think, and mislead families like us who have a mental health patient and are trying to find a safe place that provides care and effective treatment.
I request anyone reading these couple of bad reviews written, not to get influenced and visit the place and decide. It is an abode of peace and care. Our experience with the place for almost a decade is extremely satisfying. May medico pastoral thrive and continue its journey forever.
