My firstirst experience was good , ambience was good, but booking madam needs to be more polite, expect more politeness, I had purchased medicines as prescribed no discount ,whereas any other pharmacy offers minimum 10 percent discount, I request management to look into, bill no B-27932 dated 12.08.20, I have to think for future procurement. It is not a complain, request management for take care.

Doctors are not good. Unprofessional people managing the clinic and extracting hard earned money from poor patients.

Their phone service is worst, The front desk girls don't k ow how to behave with patient or patient party. Also probably there is some back door system to get appointment specially for some doctor like Dr. Somenath Dey. I tried for 4 consecutive Tuesday and Thrusday from. 8:30AM continously from 2 numbers and tried almost 100 times till 8:45AM, all the numbers were coming busy. When at around 8:45AM got the nunber they are saying already 10 patients are booked for current week, please try next week agian. The same situation happened with me for 3 consecutive weeks. How it is possible that for 3 days(Tuesday, Thrusday and then agian on next Tuesday) after trying continously from 2 phones, for more than 100 times appointment is not possible. From the theory of probability also it is not a feasible scenario if there is no biasness or back door system for appoint booking. Also now they have stopped to book appointment physically if also some one is willing to, thta is still understandable in this pandemic situation. I HAVE BENE VISITING MEDICURE DOCTORS CHEMBER SINCE 2007 AND HAVE REALLY GOOD EXPERIENCE TILL NOW BUT AFTER THEY CHANGE THE FRONT DESK STAFF, PROBLEM STRATED COMING AND NOW I FELT THEY ARE DOING IT PURPOSEFULLY JUST TO SHOW THAT THE DOCTORS ARE DEMANDING AND CHEMBER IS VERY BUSY. ITS A REQUEST TO MEDICURE MANAGEMENT IF THEY DON'T CHANGE THEIR FRONT END STAFF AND DON'T CHANGE THE PROCESS OF TAKING APPINTNENT, SPECILALY FOR THOSE DOCTORS WHO ARE NOT VISTING DAILY (LIKE Dr. Somenath Dey) THEIR BUSINESS WILL BE IMPACTED.

The worst doctor chamber I have ever seen in my life. Today my mother called for the appointment of a doctor from 8 AM to 12 PM atleast a 100 times but their phone was not answered. Now, when my mother called at the evening , they picked up the call and said that already 7 have booked and they are saying that they didn't even listen to my mother when she asked why were they not receiving the call and how come that in this short duration already 7 have booked? They also said that don't even know whether the doctor will come and we are free to come or not come. The system is vey undisciplined and the front desk girls at the doctor's chamber should learn first how to talk to the patients, and how to be polite, and not rude. In this pandemic scenario, when we are staying far away from your place, and trying to reach you asap so that we can get an appointment in the first place, a little effort should be taken from your side to help the patients in need. The manager needs to look into our issues and consider them instead of making an excuse.

I called from 8:30am continuously but always all number was engaged, looks the lazy admin kept the phone down, next day at 8:30am I reached at clinic to boom personally, saw the lazy admin went inside, but once we knock the door and press the calling bell, she not appeared, informed the management same time and still the management again saying g just do phone call and in front of him once I did phone call it repeat the same story. One should sue them for misguide. All looks there 3rd class character people in management and admin.

Very poor service quality. They provided some mobile number for appointment but no one is there to pick up the phone. Very unprofessional management along with staff attitude .

Extremely bad behaviour by the person at the cash register....you would feel he is giving it free....he ahould understand he is not doing a free service...we are paying for our medicines...he should seek the help of a psychiatrist regarding how to deflate his baloon....
