All the facilities and services are very good.
Docters, nursing and other para medical staff are very co-operative and helpful.
I am really happy for the service given to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst private hospital i had ever seen, i had lost my closed relative just becoz he didnot get proper care and treatment,...the service of the doctors and nursing staff in very worse. The are treating the patients & there relatives as such they giving service free of cost...I can say that it is worst hospital then any smallest gov. Hospital in small village.
They had recurited young & less educated staff in the team including doctors and nurses those who charge less salary, not even a single experienced doctor is there to look after the patients.
This young , uneducated team of staff is doing experiment on the patients which leads to death on them.
Please my humble request to not visit this hospital even when ur health is worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their patient handling in ICU is worst. Ward staff is totally irresponsible & rude. They don't even bother to check on patients. A nurse named Kinjal is very lethargic, irresponsible & always shouts & laughs stupidly at the top of her voice in ICU without bothering about patients' conditions. They have a gang of goons lead by a ward boy Bhavesh who calls himself admin. They only do vulgarity & behave indecently with patients & relatives, especially with women. Hospital owner Dr. Shilpa Aggarwal needs to learn some courtesy & how to behave with patients' relatives. She only knows how to shout & speak nonsense stuff including slangs. She threatens patients' relatives by boasting about her high-profile connections. Very rude & haughty lady. Overall the hospital management is a failure & only money-minded.
Their patient death rate is very high & they literally don't care about patient's life. I lost my father there.
You only get to know their real colours few days after admitting the patient. Really not worth as a hospital. Not recommended.

My experience was Horrible ...they need money only dosent matter how ????
It is better to go in public hospitals instead of this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place for diabetic patients. The staff there don't even care about the patient. The doctor(Manish Agrawal) does not even treat the patient, it the nurse doing his work, he is just busy and never even check on his patient even once. My mother's condition just got worst. They didn't even take care of her and she had to go through surgery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst services and staff. Staff even do not know how to claim cashless treatment. AC not working. Worst food given. While taking admission for cashless treatment, they kept me waiting for 4 hours, as they not aware how to apply for that. And after 4 hours when I got initial approval. They were not aware about it, no one took follow for that and resaptionist even left without informing. I got approval at 6.30 pm and they did not started my treatment until 7.30pm. Because they were not aware of the process and no one was bothered about it. Never get admitted in Medilink hospital. Worst services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst hospital we have ever visited... I would not recommend consulting with them. We went there to get my mother's diabetic foot treated but the condition got even worse due to their negligence. All they care about is the money. The doctor (Dr Manish Agrawal) doesn't even check the patient, all the work is done by the nurse including surgical procedures. They were misdiagnosed due to this my mother's condition worsened and had to get the surgery done by another expert. The staff and doctor don't even know what needs to be done. These people are pathetic at hospital management and are only money minded.
